The COWORKER 01A is all-new for 2019. It's wide adjustment range makes it an excellent fit for for a very wide range of different height workers.  The 01A offers an ergonomically correct working height for the 5th percentile seated female and for the 95th percentile standing male, and of course folks of all heights in between both sitting and standing (ANSI-BIFMA G-1 2013).
01A has a precision drive mechanism and very quiet motors. It is smooth and quiet and won't both coworkers at nearby desks. It is also an excellent choice for use at home late at night or early in the morning.
Convenience features include a 6-button LED remote with 3 programmable height presets including one button go-to-position. There are programmable up-limit and down-limit stops for use in case there is a shelf above the desk or a file cabinet underneath.  The desk also comes with safety anti-collision programming with automatic runback and programmable sensitivity. Adjustment speed is 1.4" per second. Frame adjusts in width from 43.3" up to 70.9". Desktops should be sized at least 1" wider than the frame width.
Stability is very important in a standing desk. Many desks on the market don't feel solid when in the up position. An unstable desk will shimmy, shake, and feel tippy if leaned on. In general, heavier desks are more stable than lighter desks.
The 01A desk is very stable. The desk frame weighs 76 lbs. The solid steel feet give the desk a low center of gravity. Tight tolerances between leg segments eliminates any possibility of flexing between leg segments.
Our desk frame is eco-friendly because it has a modern SMPS solid state power unit with very low 10mW (.01W) standby power consumption. This means while the desk is plugged in but not moving, it is consuming about the same amount of power as audio earbuds.
WARRANTY
10 year warranty on the desk frame and electronics and 5 years on the desktop to the original owner. The warranty is not transferrable.
