    made in Germany in the 1990's by LGB, (Set #51290 & #51400)but received either new or used, and then enhanced by ME, making them now "LIKE NEW, signed and dated, and One-of-a-kind"..   The set consists of one Fellow waving his hat at 3-1/2" high and the other Fellow (holding a suitcase or satchel) at 3-1/8" high.
    Great addition to a city, small town, or a country scenerio, and timeless in design.  Perfect for a Railroad platform..
